DAVIS BOOKSTORE NOW CALLED THE DAVIS STORE.
Davis College has enlarged its bookstore and has renamed the facilities the Davis Store.
Besides class supplies and Davis sportswear you can now purchase various beverages such as Gatorade, PowerAde, Vitamin Water, Starbucks coffee drinks, and Red Bull. The Davis Store also offers greeting cards, aspirin, Band-Aids, and so much more.

Davis College Foundation Eighth annual scramble 'fore' scholarships golf outing a success
The Davis College Foundation Eighth Annual Scramble 'Fore' Scholarships Golf Outing held on July 25 was a big success. Almost 60 golfers participated in the outing while the mini-golf portion of the event also received a great turnout from Davis students, staff, and faculty. Thank you to everyone for their time and contributions in supporting the Davis College Foundation Annual Golf Outing!

DAVIS COLLEGE ANNOUNCES NEW RISK MANAGEMENT
AND INSURANCE PROGRAM
Davis College is proud to introduce its new Risk Management and Insurance program. This Associate Degree program will prepare students for a successful career in the insurance industry. Students enrolled in this program will study topics related to insurance, fraud, underwriting and claims, and personal, commercial, and property insurance. They will also develop a strong proficiency in accounting, marketing, management, written and oral communication skills, customer service, and essential computer applications. This program is endorsed by the Independent Insurance Agents of Ohio.
Davis College offers small class sizes, flexible schedules, and financial aid for those who qualify. For more information on the Risk Management and Insurance program please contact Davis College at 419.473.2700. Davis College is accredited by The Higher Learning Commission and a member of the North Central Association (NCA).

DAVIS COLLEGE WINS BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU
TORCH AWARD FOR MARKETPLACE ETHICS
Davis College has earned the Better Business Bureau 2008 Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics in the large business category. The award is based on company ethics, business relationships, and integrity. The Torch Award is open to for-profit businesses that serve the public through retail or wholesale markets and tax-exempt, non-profit, charitable organizations that meet the BBB's 20 Standards for Charitable Accountability.
Davis College President Diane Brunner is proud to have won this distinguished award. "We are delighted to have earned it. We will now enjoy it and treasure it. And we will honor it for the next 150 years.”
The College is currently celebrating its 150th Anniversary. Davis College is accredited by The Higher Learning Commission and a member of the North Central Association (NCA).
