To obtain an official Davis College transcript, please complete the following steps:

Submit a written request which includes the following:
Full name (include current name and name attended under if different)
Current home address and phone number
Davis College ID number (if known)
Social Security number
Dates of enrollment (approximate if exact dates are not known)
Complete mailing address for each transcript destination
Any special instructions (such as placing a transcript in a sealed envelope)
Legal signature (required by Federal law in order to release student records)

Payment may be made in any of the following ways: Check (payable to Davis College) Money order (payable to Davis College) Credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Please note the following:
It normally takes 5-7 working days to issue transcripts after the request is received. Transcripts for students who attended before 1983 may require longer to process. This time can vary depending on the time of the year the transcript request is received. Transcripts can be ordered by fax if you are paying the fee via credit card; however, official transcripts cannot be faxed to the receiving party. Transcripts cannot be released if you have an outstanding financial obligation to the college or you have defaulted on a Perkins Loan (NDSL).
